"Barnsley Hospital has been working closely with Creative Partners Ltd to develop and deliver a leadership programme to support identified talented individuals to make their next step into senior management. Creative Partners Ltd were chosen through their ability to work in close partnership and truly bespoke programmes not just re jig the old! Combining creativity, innovative thinking, action learning and leadership has equipped these managers to tackle the challenging agenda that the NHS faces in meeting patient

"We were looking for potential applications for our low cost robot technology in novel and unconsidered sectors. Creative Partners put the robot through a 'Virtual Ideas Factory' and generated real new
possibilities for us which we are following up. Some of the ideas used an element of humour to encourage lateral thinking, which in turn generated other possibilities. The overall output of the 'factory' added
real value for us."

"Nottingham Development Enterprise (NDE) has retained the services of Gail Morley of creative partners to support development and deliver two separate OnBoard Community Leadership Programmes. Gail has done a superb job in acting as course Co-ordinator, developing and delivering various training sessions included within the six month course programme. The feedback from the course participants has been extremely positive especially in relation to the course facilitation undertaken by Gail. As a result we intend to
commission creative partners to work with us to develop and run further training courses on our behalf”.
I would have no reservations in strongly recommending creative partners as an excellent training provider.

" We needed input from a professional team to help us generate ideas to
inform our Business planning process. Creative Partners proved the high
recommendations they initially came with. They provided expert initial
support in planning an Ideas Factory day and this was followed up by a day
comprising a number of different techniques and workshops. The day was well![]()
received and enjoyed by the participants. The evaluations were excellent
for this type of event. The follow up support by Creative Partners was also
of the highest quality with detailed write-ups and analyses enabling the
team to take forward the ideas generated and incorporate them more fully
into the Business Planning process. I would recommend them to any workteam
needing to rejuvenate themselves."

"We recently used creative partners to develop and deliver a team learning workshop. The main purposes of the workshop were, firstly, to understand how we think and how mindset barriers constrain progress and secondly, to give us ways to challenge these barriers and generate new options and opportunities. The team found it to be an excellent learning opportunity which they enjoyed immensely. The learning activities really challenged the way we think and added real value for all of us. We were very happy with the content developed for us and the delivery was professional, effective and entertaining. I am very happy to provide this testimonial for creative partners".

"....when we got the opportunity to test the Innovation Survey we were delighted to get a chance of an independent view on how else we could be more innovative. The survey was a challenge to our ways of thinking in the school and introduced business terminology and approaches which we would not normally use. The process was comprehensive and involved nearly all our teaching and support staff, final year students and focus groups, including parents. Although there are differences in terminology the report itself has been very useful in identifying areas where the school can become more innovative and how we can ensure we get the best of everyone to help in meeting the challenges ahead. The report will also add value in our planning process .The survey used some of the language which our students will have to become familiar with in their work life so getting an insight to some of the best Business concepts which can apply in schools was also good in bridging the industry – education gap. The survey has given us all food for thought and ideas on how to keep up our momentum!"

“The Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument supports the concept of 'whole
brain thinking' and is a fun way of finding out about yourself and your
team; if you're having fun you're learning. This tool helps you understand
'Who you are' and, perhaps, even more importantly, 'Why you are'. For me,
it has helped identify more clearly those areas from which I have shied
away in the past. The course was a catalyst for personal change; I feel
more focussed and a direct result is that I will shortly enrol for a degree
course. My move into training is a reasonably new venture, so it was great
finding out I am finally following the right career path according to the
HBDI profile! Andy Radka of Creative Partners set up a thoroughly enjoyable programme
which was well explained and supported by excellent courseware”![]()
