gail radkaandy radkacreative partners innovation and enterprise ltd  work with a number of key Clients which allows us to focus upon flexibly meeting their requirements. We have substantial experience of working in this way with a range of organisations. We believe that fully understanding a Client’s perspective and organisational context enables better content development and delivery to meet real needs. We do not engage subcontractors or associates on delivery work for key Clients. All contracts have a Director as lead contact - either Gail or Andy.

We normally adopt a bespoke approach to ensure that we match the development and delivery of services to the requirements of our Clients. Our service provision is innovative and creative and incorporates the latest thinking on learning interventions and management development. We research the latest personal and organisational development approaches on an ongoing basis and this is reflected within the content of our services.  The content we develop is both ‘grounded’ and innovative to ensure delivery of skills development and behaviour changes which add real value and generate transformational change. We believe in the added value of our action learning approach and work hard to ensure the optimum balance of action and learning. Our facilitation skills have enabled us to build a successful track record of motivating participants to take an active part in the programmes and workshops we develop with our interactive presentational style and innovative delivery methods. 

We firmly believe in the added value of personal and professional development and think that this applies to ourselves as well as our Clients. We have, for example, qualiifications/accreditations in Emotional Intelligence (EI), Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI), De Bono Lateral Thinking, Process Management, and NLP. We are currently involved in Post Graduate learning programmes in Action Learning and Executive Coaching.
