In our role as coaches we ensure that the development of each Client and their needs are kept central. It is our professional responsibility to apply high standards in
our service provision and behaviour and a coaching relationship contract is drawn up at commencement. Throughout the coaching process we are open and frank about methods and techniques used, maintaining only appropriate records and respect fully the need for total confidentiality.
We provide coaching services in the following areas:
Personal/Life Coaching – coaching for individuals which facilitates the enhancement of work performance, life experience, self-directed learning and personal growth.
Executive/Business Coaching – coaching which can explore business related or career/personal development topics with our Clients in order to improve their personal performance and/or organisational contribution.This can include managers at any level from Director to first line supervisor.
Speciality/Niche Coaching – coaching focused on one one particular aspect of a person’s life/work where we have an expertise e.g. career choice, thinking styles, emotional intelligence, leadership style, interviewing skills, assertiveness, action learning.
Group/Team Coaching – coaching a number of individuals to achieve a common goal within the group or project, build their team or create an environment where individuals can co-coach each other.
Coaching within programmes – coaching can be provided to complement the other services we offer, for example we can provide coaching for all or selected individuals or teams/groups as part of our leadership programmes. This approach can enhance and embed learning and support transalation of learning into practical application.
